Good to hear some news from you guys! WE've been traveling a lot this summer for Eugen's work, a week long AK trip plus 5-6 different weeks spent in the Seattle area by the time the job there is finished. Anyway always good to hear and see a little of what you've been up to!
Wow! that is a lot of water! Bummer about the rats/bats/ etc. but glad the new home is in a better location.
